"Do not deal with ALEXANDRA SANDOVAL!
It seems like she does not come to workUntil 3 o’clock, I asked her coworkers if they could leave a message for her to call me back. She never calls back. It happened three days in a row, and she never called back. Also doesn’t reply to emails.. terrible customer service."

Please feel free to text me at 224-569-4500 with your contact information so we can talk further. Many times, smart phones block numbers and when we call back it does not register with some phones because they accidentally blocked the 833-480-0200 we are calling from. Each of our team members has access to the office calendar and can schedule a specific time to call you back if you wish. If you prefer to work with someone else, we all have similar licenses. Some of us specialize in certain products, but it does not mean that the people you are talking to can't help you with your question or research the question you are trying to find answers to. If you feel inclined to discuss further, text me at 224-569-4500 and I will personally try to help with your situation.
