"Really difficult agency to work with. Super helpful and responsive in the initiation of our coverage, but when it came to a billing mistake and being due a refund of $600 it was nearly impossible to get a straight answer. We’ve been (very slowly over the course of nearly 3 months due to how infrequently this office gets back to you) going back and forth with them and getting contradictory responses. Transferred to another agent’s office within State Farm with better reviews on their customer service."

"StateFarm Huntley office has very disturbing billing and communication issues. Beware if you do business with this office you may be double billed and given the run around when you try to correct their billing mistakes and then they will blame you, the customer. Cancelled all polices with them. Stay away!"
