"I had such an incredible experience with Chad Radtke’s State Farm office. I recently received a letter in the mail that I didn’t understand, and I was really worried about what it meant. Lindsay and Austin were absolutely amazing! They took the time to walk me through everything step by step, thoroughly explaining the details, and reassured me that there was nothing to worry about. Their patience and kindness made such a difference, and I felt so much more at ease after speaking with them. On top of their helpfulness, the service has always been top-notch, and the team is genuinely dedicated to making sure customers feel comfortable and informed. "Absolutely awful. You can’t get a call back regarding your policies that are incorrect. You can’t get a call from an adjuster. When you call multiple times you get a kid answering asking you if you’re calling about policies that don’t exist for a business that no longer exists. A vehicle was taken of when holding July - somehow it’s magically back on the policy this month. But again - can’t get a call back to fix it. We’ve been with this office 25 years because we liked yay local small business feel but it’s done nothing but go downhill since Judy left a few years ago. I’ve requested numerous call backs from Chad thinking since he owns it he will be able to best assist us. Finally looking at reviews, it appears the only way to get a response from him is to leave a review. 🥴"

"I have been a Chad Radtke (Huntley Office) customer for a long time. Chad is an outstanding person and has always treated me well. I recently attempted to add a couple of vehicles to my State Farm policy. I ultimately spoke to 3 different State Farm employees for quotes and direction in regards to getting my vehicles added as my policy with another carrier was waiting for me to renew. It became a bit frustrating waiting for emails/responses from any of the three with whom I had spoken with. Finally, on the day my policy with the other carrier was expiring, I spoke with State Farm agent, Leslie Gonzalez. Leslie was fantastic. She gave me quotes, answered all of my questions, gave me options, and got me a great rate. She was very polite, professional, and understanding of my urgency to have coverage for my vehicles. I highly recommend State Farm and contacting Leslie!"

"I have had renters insurance through Chad’s insurance company for 2 years. After being robbed outside my apartment, my renters insurance paid out for my lost belongings. 2 months later I received a letter through the mail stating that my renters insurance has been terminated and that I need to find a new insurance company. No phone call, no explanation, just terminated."
