"I meet Chad for the first time today, he seemed friendly and willing to assist today!"

"This outfit is dangerous. I dropped off my annual policy check at their office and got an e-mail confirmation the next day. On day three I got another e-mail saying to ignore that first confirmation since they had lost my check. I asked who was going to pay the "Stop Payment" I filed with my bank and they tap-danced. Then the agent called me to say paying with checks was outdated and would be replaced in the future. (Like that's my fault?) I cancelled my auto, home and umbrella policies and asked for a refund of the unused days. Have not seen anything in the past week.
I'm filing complaints with the Illinois Dept of Insurance and the BBB. That was last week. I'm waiting for their next screw-up."
